Return Policy Procedure

Comeau Jewelry’s return policy is to help ensure a smooth, enjoyable buying experience. We accept returns within  30  days of your purchase. Please email or call Comeau Jewelry for return request and state reason for return. Once return request is acknowledged, buyer will be responsible for shipping item/s back to Comeau Jewelry.

Item/s must be returned via  USPS/ UPS/ FedEx  in its original packaging, with original receipt and and insured for purchased price from buyer (unless otherwise agreed upon by buyer and Comeau Jewelry). Item/s must be received in the same original condition.

It is suggested to use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt as this is buyer’s responsibility.

Once item is received and verified, we will issue a full refund by the same manner item was purchased.

*This policy does not apply to special orders or custom jewelry produced by Comeau Jewelry.*

Damaged Item Procedure

If you receive an item that is damaged in any way, please contact Comeau Jewelry and alert to the damage.

Retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item and follow above Return Policy Procedure.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

Payment for items must be received by  12 PM for same day shipping, if you need an item by a certain date, please contact us:

Tuesday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm

Saturday 9:30am – 4pm

Closed on Sunday and Monday’s, New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Sales tax (9%)is applicable for all Kansas addresses and (8.075%) for all Missouri addresses.

All packages will ship via USPS Express Shipping (1-2 business days). Signature and insurance are required on all shipped packages.
